Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the court that holds the case, rather than a general statewide portal. Delaware County Common Pleas and Municipal Court cases have separate public access channels.
- Common Pleas civil, domestic, felony, or appellate docket: begin with the local docket search and follow up with the Clerk Legal Division.
- Municipal traffic, parking, misdemeanor, small-claims, or lower-dollar civil matter: use Delaware Municipal Court's Authority Web Connect or its Clerk.
- A hearing date: check the court schedule, then confirm a disputed setting with the appropriate court assignment office or clerk.
- A certified Common Pleas copy: request it from the Delaware County Clerk of Courts Legal Division.
- A restricted or unavailable document: ask the record-holding court or clerk about the applicable access rule and request route.
